We cannot give any undertaking that goods and/or services you purchase from sellers through the site will be of satisfactory quality, and this and any other such warranties (whether express or implied) are disclaimed by us absolutely to the fullest extent permitted by law. This disclaimer does not affect your statutory rights against the seller.

Although we endeavour to review listings before publication, we are not responsible in any way for listings provided by sellers and at no time do we possess any items offered for sale by sellers through the site.

9. MARKETPLACE TERMS – SELLER

You may only offer a property rental on the site if you are the owner or co-owner of the property. If you are a co-owner you must have the permission of the other co-owners. As a property owner you must ensure that cancellation terms are clearly communicated to potential renters in advance of entering into the rental contract.

If you offer to sell any goods or services through the site you must at all times comply with applicable law and regulation and you agree that: (a) your description of those goods or services will be accurate and not misleading; (b) you will properly perform any contract you enter in to with a buyer introduced through the site.
